"Customer service didn’t help at all"
I didn’t get no reply for days, and it still hasn’t been sorted out. the whole thing was really poor and frustrating.

I did see a few pairs that looked nice, but overall the styles felt kind of dated. For the price, I’d expect something a little more modern and fresh. They’re decent shoes, just not really my style anymore

"Super comfy once I got used to the fit"
I mostly noticed how snug they felt at first, but after wearing them once, they started to feel really comfortable. Overall, the fit is good, just a tiny bit tight in the beginning.

"I bought a pair of shoes from Dune..."
I bought a pair of shoes from Dune London and expected a lot better considering the price. They looked great online, but when they arrived they felt cheap, and after just a few wears they already started looking worn out. I also felt like a basic issue I raised was brushed off, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Nice shoes, but the rough packaging was unnecessary"
The shoes themselves are nice and they fit fine, so no real issue there. But the box showed up a bit crushed and looked like it had been tossed around, which felt unnecessary. There was also a small mark on one shoe, nothing major, but for the price I expected them to arrive in better shape. Not terrible, just kind of average overall.

"My usual size worked out"
I ordered my normal size and they ended up fitting well. They felt just a little snug when I first put them on, but after walking around the house for a bit, they loosened up enough to feel comfortable. i was relieved because I really didn’t want to deal with returns, and now I’m happy I kept them.

Had to send back a pair because the fit was just not it. i was expecting the usual return drama, forms everywhere, waiting forever, all that nonsense. But nope, it was actually super easy, and the refund hit way quicker than I thought it would. No back-and-forth, no messing around. Why can’t every return be this simple?

"I had everything picked out and was ready..."
I had everything picked out and was ready to go, so I headed to checkout thinking it would only take a minute. But once I got there, the page just froze on me. I waited, refreshed, tried again, and nothing happened. In the end, my order never went through at all, which was frustrating after spending time choosing what I wanted

"Delivery was okay, but the timing felt a bit off"
The shoes did arrive, just a little later than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do feel like the terms or delivery estimate changed from what I first saw, which was kind of annoying. Overall, not terrible, but the shipping could definitely be quicker and more consistent.

"Good shoes, and they feel reassuring"
I’m happy with these shoes overall. The quality seems good so far, and the seams feel sturdy, which makes me feel a lot better about them holding up over time.
